SWITCH BOARD

Due to technical difficulties this week cadstar was not available so production of the switch board was undertaken.

The cue for the tanks!

In this process the photoresist board is exposed to uv light while covered with the artwork of the PCB.

After that the board is developed, etched,and tinned in the chemical tanks to leave the PCB tracks and pads on the board.


The pads are then punched and drilled to accept components. 








The board will be continuity tested before components are added.

Schematics

Over the last few lab sessions the schematic for the ADC and the MUX board have been completed and the transfer to PCB has started.
